Our Story

Olivia Wingate founded Wingate Media in the summer of 2019, just in time for the pandemic. After merging her self built talent management company with Avalon Entertainment Group, Wingate became a producer in order to focus on her work as a creative entrepreneur.

At Wingate Media, we are passionate about the creatives we partner with and the stories we choose to tell. We are not afraid of hard work.

Our aim is to provoke debate/thought, as well as entertain and make sure all projects are accessible to a global audience. We work with the best in new talent as well as seasoned veterans, and develop, package and produce Film, TV and Theatre, as well as incubate in all media.

We approach every project with the same key tenets:

Telling stories in new and innovative ways, and provoking debate is a core principal

Prioritize projects and artists with a strong POV. Underrepresented voices and perspectives are our passion.

Capitalize on our history of incubating projects in other media, including Theatre, Live Performance, Scripted Audio, Journalism and Books, to ensure maximum creative control for our artists, and to make sure the project is fully developed and has momentum behind it before sharing with buyers and financiers.

Leverage our experience in development across all media; be involved in the creative process from the idea’s inception through to sale and production.
