Olivia Wingate Founder, Producer

Olivia has divided her time between London and New York for the past 30 years, first moving to New York to obtain her Masters Degree in Business from NYU. 

After 10 years as a theater producer specializing in contemporary American Drama and Comedy in the UK, working with playwrights including Bridget Carpenter, Stephen Belber, Angus McLachlan and comedians including David Cross, Patton Oswalt, and Louis CK. Wingate then became a talent manager and formed Olivia Wingate Artists in 2004 to then merge with Avalon Entertainment Group in 2012 to become their New York office.

Her longtime clients included Marc Maron, Reggie Watts, John Hodgman, Wyatt Cenac, Kurt Braunohler, Maeve Higgins and Eugene Mirman. For the past decade, Wingate has focussed solely on her work as a producer under her banner WINGATE MEDIA.

Olivia has developed and produced numerous TV projects, most notably MARON (IFC) which ran for four seasons, the critically acclaimed BOBCAT GOLDTHWAIT’S MISFITS & MONSTERS (Tru TV), REGGIE WATTS - WHY $£!+ SO CRAZY (Comedy Central), JOHN HODGMAN: RAGNOROK (Netflix), WYATT CENAC, BROOKLYN (Netflix) and JOE MANDE’S AWARD WINNING STANDUP SPECIAL (Netflix). Olivia produced THE MIRANDA OBSESSION, a scripted audible series written by Jen Silverman and starring Rachel Brosnahan in 2022, which was rated #1 podcast globally and is in development as a documentary feature with Imagine Documentaries. In film, Olivia produced the documentary feature IT STARTED AS A JOKE which premiered at SXSW 2019, and WINGATE MEDIA’s next feature, WE STRANGERS, written and directed by Anu Valia, will premier in the US Sept 2025.

Olivia divides her time between New York and London. She is a UK Citizen, a Canadian Citizen and an American Citizen.

VICTORIA COOK is a partner at FKKS and a member of the Entertainment Group. She focuses on film and TV work, representing filmmakers, writers, directors, actors, TV producers, film financiers and TV networks

LEE GOLDBERG is Counsel to the Entertainment Group, with a special focus on scripted television. Lee comes from AMC Networks where she handled development and production deals for AMC’s suite of channels.
